The Denver Campus offers guided tours for individuals and groups—an invaluable way to experience our university and discover the advantages of going to school in the city. See firsthand the amenities, classrooms and historical landmarks that are downtown Denver.
Prospective students and their families can sign up for a 90-minute visit that includes a brief admissions presentation along with a campus tour. Tours are offered Monday and Friday 10:00am and 2:00pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 2:00pm. We will also be offering a Saturday morning tour option on select weekends throughout the spring. Those sessions will begin at 10:00am.

Departmental tours are a great opportunity to meet with a departmental representative for a personalized visit to the classrooms and working spaces that make up each academic department. At this time, we are offering tours to prospective students interested in many of our academic programs, except for those within our College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Tours will begin at 1:00 pm and conclude between 1:45 pm and 2:00 pm every Friday afternoon.
Tours to the Business School and College of Arts and Media - Music, 3D Animation, & Digital Design Departments* will occur on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.
*Please note that tours to the following departments are currently by appointment only - Photography, Illustration, Painting/Drawing, Sculpture, and Art History. If you would like to tour these departments, please email our College of Arts and Media at email@example.com

Tours to the College of Engineering and Applied Science and College of Architecture and Planning will occur on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month.
Tours to the School of Education and Human Development will occur on the 4th Friday of each month ONLY.

Prospective transfer students are highly encouraged to visit CU Denver’s campus for a Transfer Thursday session prior to applying or in the process of applying. These sessions, held every Thursday, with the exception of University holidays and breaks, are designed to provide our future transfer students information on admissions, academic programs/majors, transferring credit, financial aid, and other transfer related topics.
